Lisa Làvii: Real estate agency website

Description

For this project i created a completely new design for the real estate agency Lisa Làvii in Stockholm Sweden. I updated the website from what the client called a “kind of messy” design to a consistent visual style throughout, ensuring a professional, user-friendly experience. The overall aesthetic is modern and uncluttered and the landing page is modern and clean. The client was very excited about the new design of the website and valued the collaborative process throughout the project.

Clean & simple
navigation

This navigation is my favorite one i made so far. It is clean, it is simple and it is very satisfying to look at. The navigation changes when you start scrolling with a clean animation. It required some custom CSS to make it work as I wanted.

Fully responsive layout

The website is fully responsive on all platforms so that all customers get the best possible experience.

The website keeps a consistent and professional look through out the whole site.

Outcome

This project resulted in a clean, cohesive redesign that the client described as a major improvement over their previous “messy” site. It strengthened my skills in translating vague client feedback into concrete design decisions, and deepened my confidence with custom CSS, especially for building polished micro-interactions like the scroll-triggered navigation animation.

I also gained experience working remotely while maintaining close communication with the client. Whenever I had a milestone to present, I scheduled a call to guide them through my design thought process and to create space for their feedback. I learned that frequent feedback from the client is the key for a happy client. This way they feel like they are part of the design process and can make som design choices of their own (if they like to).
